Vintage and New Catholic Holy Child of Atocha, Saints Religious Medals Bracelet

Photobucket
History of El Santo Nino de Atocha (The Holy Child of Atocha)

The devotion to El Santo Nino de Atocha originated in Spain. Its origin may be related to Our Lady of Atocha, in Madrid, Spain, who is mentioned in the "Cantigas" of King Alphonse the Wise in the 13th century. During medieval times, the Moors held large areas and battles between the Christians and Moors were commonplace. The Moors invaded the town of Atocha. Following a certain battle, the victorious Moors held a great many Christians captive, and prevented the adult villagers from visiting as well as bringing the prisoners food or water. Fearing for the lives of the prisoners, their families stormed heaven with prayers for relief. One day, a child appeared, dressed as a pilgrim of that period, carrying a basket of food and a gourd of water. The Moors allowed the child to bring food and water each day. The prisoners were fed, but the basket and gourd remained full. The child was not known to the Christians nor to the Moors, so the people concluded that the child Jesus.

In artwork, the Holy Child often wears a brimmed hat with a plume and a cloak or cape ornate with the St. James shell. (During the Crusades, scallop shells were the symbol of holy pilgrimages and one European variety is still referred to as "the pilgrim" or "St. James' shell." Poets have written about their beauty and artists have admired their symmetry and grace.) In his left hand, He carries a pilgrim's staff to the gourd of water is fastened, a pair of shackles, and a few spears of wheat. In his right hand, He holds a basket which generally contains bread or flowers. He either wears sandals or is barefoot. The Child is said to roam the hills and valleys, particularly at night, bringing aid and comfort to the needy, and thereby wearing out his shoes. He is usually shown seated.

The original statue of the Holy Child of Atocha was imported from Spain and now resides in the little town of Fresnillo, Mexico. El Santo Nino de Atocha is the patron saint of those unjustly imprisoned. He also protects travelers and rescues people in danger.

Photobucket

I created this beautiful and unique bracelet honoring Santo Nino de Atocha with a nostalgic feel and look to it using vintage glass pearls and a beautiful and unique wooden pendant with His image and adorned it with vintage and new rhinestones and lace.

I also used vintage and new medals including St. Padre Pio, St. Francis of Assisi, Our Lady of Lourdes, St. Michael, Our Lady of Sorrows with Ecce Homo and others.

I love the outcome of all combined and how the pendant just came together.

Dark Night of the Soul

How many times we feel pain and despair in our lives that we don't understand the reason for this suffering.

I feel so blessed to be able to come across Dark Night of the Soul by St John of the Cross book,Spanish mystic, Carmelite friar and priest.  I also came across these videos that has opened my soul to understand the time for soul purging in suffering

St. John of the Cross continues his description of the soul's journey, the "dark night" to the "Divine union of
the love of God." To read the book by : Christian Classics Ethereal Library

I hope it brings the reader or viewer comfort in their journey of Divine Union of the Love of God.

Saint Claude de La Colombière and the Sacred Heart Devotion

The Jesuit Priest St. Claude de la Colombière was the first to believe in the mystical revelations of the Sacred Heart given to St. Margaret Mary in Paray le Monial Convent, France. Thanks to his support, St. Margaret Mary’s superior also believed, and propagation of the devotion to the Sacred heart was started.

St. Claude not only believed, but dedicated his life to propagate the devotion, always spiritually united to St. Margaret Mary and trusting her discernment.

Prayer of Confidence

My God, I firmly believe that Thou watchest over all those who hope in Thee, and that we can never want for anything when we rely upon Thee in all things; therefore I am resolved to live in the future with no anxieties, and to cast all my cares upon Thee . . . Let others seek their happiness in their wealth or their talents; let them trust in the purity of their life,  the severity of their mortifications, the number of their good works, the fervor of their prayers: "For Thou, O Lord, singularly hast settled me in hope."

As for me, Lord, in my very confidence lies all my hope. Such confidence can never be in vain. "No one has ever hoped in Thee and has been confounded." Therefore I am assured of my eternal happiness, because I firmly hope for it, and all my hope is in Thee. "In Thee, O Lord, I have hoped; let me never be confounded." I know, alas! I know all too well that I am frail and changeable; I know the power of temptation against the strongest virtue. I have seen stars fall from heaven and pillars of the firmament totter; but these things do not alarm me as long as I hope in Thee. I am sheltered from all misfortune, and I am sure that my hope will endure, for I rely upon Thee to sustain my unfailing hope.

Finally, I know that I can never hope too much in Thee, and that I will never receive less than I have hoped for from Thee. Therefore, I hope that Thou wilt sustain me against my evil inclinations; that Thou wilt protect me against the most furious assaults and cause my weakness to triumph over my most powerful enemies. I hope that Thou wilt love me forever, and that I will love Thee also, unceasingly. And to carry my hope all at once as far as it can go, I hope for Thee Thyself from Thee, O my Creator, for time and for all eternity.

Virgencita - In the Hearts of All Children

Sometime ago I came across Our Lady of Guadalupe in a child form, which I loved and I even bought some charms to make my granddaughter a necklace but they were made of brass and very small, she didn't think anything of it.

Several weeks ago my daughter-in-law was sharing her idea of creating whimsical Kawaii style jewelry for kids and adults and I have always been supportive of all she does because she is very talented and her inspiration are her girls, my granddaughters, so I knew they will be beautiful and one day we came across an image of Our Lady of Guadalupe "Virgencita" and she just fell in love with her and she is very devoted to Our Blessed Mother and she was inspired to create jewelry honoring Our Lady of Guadalupe as "Virgencita".

Incredible enough we came across several Virgencitas for her to start creating her pieces and one day, we decided to make our own flowers to add to them when the inspiration came to create Our own "Virgencita" including the flowers and as we were creating them, I received a message that "She, Our Lady of Guadalupe, wants to be in all children's hearts" and we were more joyous on creating Her as a child like.

As we finished a couple of them, my 3 yr. old granddaughter, which had not known about Our Lady of Guadalupe, she gasped when she saw one and held her and she told my daughter-in-law "MOM THATS THE LADY OF GUA-DA-LUUUUPE!" and immediately wanted a necklace with one and that made us rejoice more that how a child that young could feel the joy of holding Our Lady of Guadalupe in a child like manner and identify with her, it was amazing and beautiful experience.

My daughter-in-law has launched her own designs with Our Virgencita in her Etsy shop

INGENIOUS YA-YA DESIGNS

These are some of her designs

These top three are necklaces of Our Lady "Virgencita"

This design is a cuff bracelet

This is a necklace of Padre (Father) Eusebio Francisco Kino, Tucson's First European Explorer
Since she being from San Xavier and have lived there all her life.
Being part of this community is amazing and focuses a lot on the foundation of our most visited Church, Mission San Xavier del Bac, which was founded in 1692 by Father Kino.
You can read more on Father Kino here on this link, http://tucson-infonet.com/kino.html
She did a remarkable job creating Padre Kino herself with all the details.
She has been inspired to create Saints as well and Mother Theresa.
I was so inspired by her creations I wanted to create a bracelet myself and I listed it in my Etsy Shop

For Greater Glory Movie

I watched this movie today and brought me to tears, such a powerful and inspirational movie of people sacrificing their lives for faith and love of Our Lord and their beliefs.  Something to admire and  forever love.

Being from Mexico, myself, I came out, after watching this movie, with a sense of immense gratitude for all the people that sacrificed everything, some even their lives to fight for their freedom of religion and stood up to an oppressive government to be able to worship once again in Church and stop the killings, including Priests and Bishops and destroying the Churches, without their courage, God only knows what would of been living in a country with no faith and Love for Our Lord and Our Blessed Mother, which my grandparents and parents passed down to me and many.

Even though you know the history, watching it in a movie has more power and really touches your heart and soul.  I thank God for the creator of this movie and many like it that brings history to life.

I hope you have watched and brings the same appreciation for these people and martyrs and greater Love for Cristo Rey "Christ the King" and Our Blessed Mother.

Angelic

Yesterday for the second time within two weeks period, I have experience hearing beautiful singing in my home.  The first time I heard it I thought for sure it must of been my neighbor's home but what was particular, it was only one main voice and other as Choir and no musical instruments.  I checked and I could not hear any music outside.

Yesterday again, I was in my room when again I began hearing singing, one beautiful voice stood out more than the others but I could not understand the words but I felt an instant joy just listening to the singing, then I could hear other voices as a Choir that lasted approx. 5 minutes, I sat there enjoying it and trying to make out the words.  I stepped out of my room and no singing only in that particular room because again, I thought it must coming from outside, but no one was around and only was coming from that room because when I went back to the room, I could hear the singing again.

This is one of those unexplained experiences that just brings joy to my life and want to continue experiencing this beautiful singing to uplift my spirit.

Yesterday's experience kept me thinking if it's an angelic Host in constant praising Our Lord since every night I have been praying the St. Michael's Crown and the Archangels to always be around us for protection and take us to Our Lord's presence in praise.

Catholic Virgin Mary "The Divine Shepherdess", Saints Religious Medals Bracelet

I have always loved how Our Blessed Mother is dressed and adorned in all Latin America including lace and I was so happy to be able to receive this stunning medal of Our Blessed Mother as "The Divine Shepherdess".

I received this stunning medal from Lydia a special lady from Mexico that was kind enough to send me several medals and a piece of cloth touched to St. Philomena's First Class Relic and the medals for use in my creations.

I just love the image, I still find myself finding comfort just looking at the medal.

Prayer to the Mother of the Lord for all mothers

Mary, on this day when we honor all mothers, we turn to You. We thank the Lord whom You serve for the great gift of motherhood. Never has it been known that anyone who sought your intercession was left unaided by grace. Dear Mother, thank you for Your “Yes” to the invitation of the angel which brought heaven to earth and changed human history. You opened Yourself to God’s word and the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us.

Dear mother, intercede for all of our mothers. Ask Your Divine Son to give them the grace of surrendered love so that they could join with You in giving their own “Fiat.” May they find daily strength to say yes to the call to the sacrificial love- the very heart of the vocation of motherhood. May their love and witness be a source of great inspiration for all of us called to follow Your Son.

On this Mothers day, Mother of the Word Incarnate, pray for us who have recourse to You…

In the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

To beg Your intercession,
For peace and unity.

Catholic Virgin Mary OL Lourdes Cameo, Saints Religious Medals Charm Bracelet

Our Lady of Lourdes: France, 1858

Our Lady appeared to 14 year old Bernadette Soubirous in Lourdes, France, 18 times from February through July, 1858. During the apparitions she told Bernadette to dig a hole which later in the day produced a stream of water, bringing about thousands of spiritual and physical cures even to this day. Mary pleaded for "Penitence! Penitence! Penitence!" and urged us to "Pray to God for sinners". She called herself the "Immaculate Conception"

This bracelet came as inspiration after having a dream days before that I found myself in a cave, which is not the first time I have dreams of caves and Our Blessed Mother is there.  In one instance She was surrounded by Rosaries and other time surrounded by clear crystals and this time the She was surrounded by what appeared to be moonstone the stones had a beautiful cloudy finish but shiny.  She was standing with Her hands folded in prayer and when She opened them, gold was emanating from Her chest, it looked like real liquid gold on Her, She was just so beautiful and when I tried to look at Her, I could not help to bow down in reverence and also Her presence is so Glorious that are times I feel so humbled that She would come to me in my dreams.  I felt so much love and tenderness and Her smile was so inviting that I wish I could have spent more time in Her presence.

This is an antique style cuff bracelet using a stunning cameo of Our Lady of Lourdes surrounded by Czech. rhinestones and set on vintage lace and adorned with vintage and new embellishments including rhinestones.

Medals used are brass and copper of St. Benedict, Our Lady of Fatima and Our Lady of Miraculous Medal

Virgin Mary Miraculous Medal Pocket Watch Shrine Religious Necklace

I love creating these style of shrines with pocket watches because you are able to see inside and specially able to see the image of Our Blessed Mother.  Even though it's difficult to keep the glass due to the pewter statue inside, but without glass still as beautiful.

On this pocket watch shrine I added a beautiful pewter statue of Our Lady of Miraculous Medal, Fresh Water Pearl Cross and vintage and new embellishments including pearls, flowers and rhinestones.

These creations are a conversation piece and I love that because you will start a conversation making honor to Our Blessed Mother.

Catholic St. Dymphna Relic Saints Medals Religious Charm Lampwork Bracelet

Patronage for Nervous and Mental Afflictions

Dymphna was fourteen when her mother died. Damon is said to have been afflicted with a mental illness, brought on by his grief. He sent messengers throughout his town and other lands to find some woman of noble birth, resembling his wife, who would be willing to marry him. When none could be found, his evil advisers told him to marry his own daughter. Dymphna fled from her castle together with St. Gerebran, her confessor and two other friends. Damon found them in Belgium. He gave orders that the priest's head be cut off. Then Damon tried to persuade his daughter to return to Ireland with him. When she refused, he drew his sword and struck off her head. She was then only fifteen years of age. Dymphna received the crown of martyrdom in defense of her purity about the year 620. She is the patron of those suffering from nervous and mental afflictions. Many miracles have taken place at her shrine, built on the spot where she was buried in Gheel, Belgium.

I created this unique bracelet honoring a great Saint, St. Dymphna using a 3rd class relic medal of the Saint.  Using as well other Catholic medals including St. Benedict, St. Anthony, Our Lady of Victory with Don Bosco, Archangel St. Raphael, Our Lady of Fatima, Sacred Heart of Jesus, St. Lazarus and St. George.

Adding to this bracelet very unique angel charms and a stunning large Bali-style flower to make the gorgeous wedding cake lampwork beads stand out.  The combination of beads and colors are very unique as well, yellow with purple one of my favorite combinations.

"Golden Radiance" Our Lady of Guadalupe Charm Bracelet

This bracelet was inspired by Our Lady of Guadalupe's Golden Radiance I experienced recently.

My youngest granddaughter, whom is only 7 months old, fell ill with Bronchiolitis  and had to be hospitalized due to having bad reaction to medications.

I had been praying for her well being and prayed to Our Lady of Guadalupe to protect her from any illness and bring her the healing that she needs and as I was praying I had a vision of Our Lady of Guadalupe picking up the baby and also holding my oldest granddaughter, which is 3 yrs old and holding both in Her arms and as she picked up the baby, She emanated a beautiful golden radiance that surrounded Her and the girls and was so beautiful that the radiance is indescribable and at that moment I knew She was healing my granddaughter.

My granddaughter is now out of the hospital and back to self, the happy baby that she was, like she was never sick.

Thank you Blessed Mother, will always Love You

PRAYER TO OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE

O Virgin of Guadalupe,
Mother of the Americas,
grant to our homes the grace of loving
and respecting life in its beginnings,
with the same love with which
you conceived in your womb
the life of the Son of God.
Blessed Virgin Mary,
Mother of Fair Love,
protect our families so that
they may always be united
and bless the upbringing of our children.

Our hope, look upon us with pity,
teach is to go continually to Jesus,
and if we fall
help us to rise again and return to Him
through the confession of our faults
and our sins in the Sacrament of penance,
which gives peace to the soul.

We beg you to grant us a great love
of all the holy Sacraments,
which are, as it were,
the signs that your Son left us on earth.
Thus, Most Holy Mother,
with the peace of God in our consciences,
with our hearts free from evil and hatred,
we will be able to bring to all others
true joy and peace,
which come to us from your Son,
our Lord Jesus Christ,
who with the Father and the Holy Spirit,
lives and reigns for ever and ever.

Amen.

(Pope John Paul II.)

St. Philomena

PATRONAGE: babies, children, children of Mary, desperate causes, forgotten causes, impossible causes, infants, infertility, lost causes, Living Rosary, newborns, poor people, priests, sick people, sickness, sterility, toddlers, young people, youth.

Sometimes in life we come across special people online that Our Lord and Blessed Mother makes it possible to meet and be a part of something so special in your life.

This is the case of Mrs. Lidia from Mexico.  She first contacted me because she loved my jewelry and wanted several pieces made and she also commented on my experiences I have shared in my blog as well as in my store and was very touched by them and she also shared some of her experiences and they brought me tears to read some of her beautiful experiences, including tears from an image of Our Blessed Mother, glitter after praying the rosary in her home and many other beautiful experiences with roses.  She also informed me that she is in possession of a First Class Relic of St. Philomena which is a piece of her hair and she is the coordinator for Misión Por el Amor de Dios en Todo el Mundo  Translation "For the Love of God Worldwide" with Founder John Rick Miller, this is their Facebook page For The Love of God Worldwide and she has many accounts of miracles attributed to St. Philomena.  This mission is to spread God's Love and she alsotravels all over the world spreading the devotion to St. Philomena and I have been so blessed to have received a piece of red fabric touched to the First Class Relic of St. Philomena, making it a third class relic.  She wants me to use a large part of this fabric to touch my jewelry and continue with the devotion to St. Philomena and use pieces for others that would like a piece.  She also sent me several medals of St. Philomena that I will be using in my bracelets

I feel so honored that I cannot describe or express with words how Blessed I feel and this great mission to continue with the devotion to St. Philomena.  I've had some experiences when I'm working with a St. Philomena relic on one of my bracelets, but now I feel so much closer and the love stronger.

I thank you Lord and Blessed Mother for entrusting in me such privilege.

Catholic Virgin Mary OL Mr Carmel Catholic Locket Shrine Religious Pendant

I created another one of a kind embellished locket shrine honoring Our Lady of Mt. Carmel.  I truly love creating these embellished altered art lockets.  It takes a lot of time to gather the special pieces that will create each piece and more time to make sure every piece falls into place in harmony to finish one piece and all pieces coincide and appear so beautiful and it's worth the time and the effort for each one being so unique and special.

I have always been inspired how in Latin American Our Blessed Mother has been adorned with so many beautiful embellishments including lace, crystals and pearls and that was my inspiration for this piece.

I collected several pieces which are vintage including rhinestones and roses and I also added on the back a beautiful vintage sequin lace.

Catholic Virgin Mary Cameo, Saints Religious Medals Handcrafted Charm Bracelet

For a very long time I wanted to add a rhinestone or jewel crown to Our Blessed Mother in my cameos but could hardly find small enough to fit on the cameo until I found a stunning brooch that had small enough pieces to convert into crowns and I was so excited to be able to incorporate the crown to the image of Our Lady.

This bracelet turned out so unique with the color combinations.  I also found some stunning lampwork hearts with gold foil that were meant for this bracelet.

Catholic medals I used are Immaculate Heart of Mary, Christ, St. Juan Diego with Our Lady of Guadalupe, Blessed Sacrament, St. Benedict, Mother Theresa and Sacred Heart of Jesus.

In addition to the stunning hearts, I added beautiful cream color with black lampwork beads making this bracelet unique.

Catholic Relic Touched to the Holy Sudarium of Oviedo Reliquary Locket

Today I was inspired to create locket shrines including this very special locket reliquary.

It's a very special locket reliquary that includes a special relic touched to the Holy Sudarium of Oviedo.

Inside locket I added the special relic medal and included beautiful images from antique Holy cards one being from Our Lady of Sorrows and other of Sacred Heart of Jesus.  These images are transferred onto fabric giving it a look and feel of canvas.

Outside locket I added a beautiful picture of St. Therese adorned with pink Czech. rhinestones and suspended by one large glass pearl

St Benedict, Saints Religious Medals Charm Bracelet

PATRONAGE: Against evil, witchcraft; against poison; agricultural workers; carvers; civil engineers; copper smiths; dying people

THE JUBILEE MEDAL OF ST. BENEDICT

The power of St. Benedict is revealed in this small object that has been fostered by his spiritual sons many years. Marvelous is the aid which the St. Benedict Medal affords to its devout wearers in the manifold necessities of soul and body. On this account the Medal is well known and widely used throughout the Christian world; everywhere it is regarded as a highly favored object of devotion.

St. Benedict (born at Nursia, Italy, in 480) had a profound veneration for the holy Cross and for our Saviour Crucified. In virtue of the Sign of the Cross, he wrought many miracles and exercised great power over the spirits of darkness. In consequence of the great veneration in which St. Benedict was held from the early Middle Ages, it followed that a Medal was struck, one side of which represents St. Benedict holding the Cross in one hand and the Holy Rule in the other. Around the image of St. Benedict are these words in Latin "May his presence protect us in the hour of death." St. Benedict has ever been the patron of the dying, because of the circumstances attending his own most glorious death, for he breathed forth his soul while standing in prayer before the Most Blessed Sacrament.

The reverse of the Medal shows the image of the Cross. Around the margin are the initials of Latin words which form verses supposed to have originated with the holy Father Benedict himself. The English translation is: "Be gone Satan! Suggest not to me thy vain things. The cup thou profferest me is evil; drink thou thy poison." In the angles formed by the arms of the Cross are the letters C.S.P.B., signifying "Cross of the holy Father Benedict." The letters on the Cross itself have this meaning: "May the holy Cross be my light; let not the dragon be my guide."

Medals of Saint Benedict are sacramentals that may be blessed legitimately by any priest or deacon

I created this unique bracelet honoring St. Benedict using a St. Benedict large medal and also using several Italian Catholic medals which include Our Lady of Sorrows with St. Peregrine, Sacred Heart of Child Jesus,  Holy Child of Atocha, Archangel St. Gabriel, Our Lady of Victory with Don Bosco and others.

Beads I used are a very unique bumpy beads that I was taken away with it's uniqueness with green and blue over black.  I also used beautiful Jasper Gemstone beads and glass blue beads.

"Divine Love" Valentine's Day Sacred Heart Catholic Medals Religious Bracelet

Prayer to the Sacred Heart by Saint Francis De Sales

May Thy Heart dwell always in our hearts!
May Thy Blood ever flow in the veins of our souls!
O sun of our hearts, Thou givest life to all things by the rays of Thy goodness!
I will not go until Thy Heart has strengthened me, O Lord Jesus!
May the Heart of Jesus be the King of my heart!
Blessed be God. Amen.

I wanted to create a bracelet that expresses the Divine Love Our Lord has for us.  We normally celebrate Valentine's Day giving to love ones or people we love but sometimes we don't realize His Divine Love that should also be celebrated and with this bracelet I wanted to convey that Love.

I used a beautiful vintage cameo.  I used lampwork heart beads and teardrop shape beads representing His bleeding heart.  Other Catholic medals I used are St. Therese, Padre Pio, Blessed Sacrament, Our Lady of the Well and others., a one decade rosary using Olive Wood beads from Israel, very special beads.

May His Divine Love always well in your heart.

Covered By Our Blessed Mother's Mantle

Today, while I was asleep, I had a very vivid dream, or what I call, vision that when I woke up, I felt like I had been transported to a more pleasant state of mind despite the horror I lived in my dream.

I found myself with my family walking streets that appeared to be Tombstone, AZ, I then heard a very deep voice telling me to get back to my refuge immediately and I told my husband to better hurry and get back to our home. As we were walking the sky began to turn grey then heard thundering and I thought a storm is coming, when all of the sudden the sky began releasing some sort of mist that began to hurt our eyes, then the same voice said it was toxic, then the mist disappeared.  When I opened my eyes again, the sky was already dark, almost like night and I saw how it started to part in half and saw a bright light, like a line in the middle, and then began, what appeared to be lightning but in colors and I was just fascinated by the scene but at the same time scared and I remember saying "The void is opening" and telling my husband, see it does exist.   I then saw another scene that what appeared to be grey clouds were in some sort of large ditch, on the ground by this time I could hear people running and screaming, but I was fascinated by the lights flickering in the sky and then on the clouds in the ground.
At this time, when the people were screaming and running, there  was already water coming down from a mountain like a flood carrying so much debris as logs and other things in the murky water, then I saw the clouds on the ground open and 6 UFOs with flickering lights took flight one after the other.  I then began to get scare and thought that we were being attacked by them when I heard the same deep voice saying "They are the guardians of the planet and were ordered to leave" and again I was told to rush to my refuge.

When we arrived to a house, which was not our actual home, we closed the doors and windows and inside were my grandmother and mother, which both have been deceased for years and they told me they were there to help me care for the children and for me to stand guard by the front door and watch.

When I was at the door I could hear scratching at the door and when I looked outside, there were many cats and a dog terrified and wanting to come in so I opened the door to let them in and that's when I thought it must be so bad out there.  I then looked outside the window and saw lava  coming our way and I just could not believe it that one side was a flood and on the other side lava and was coming towards the house.  You can imagine my fear of looking something similar to this picture coming towards us and no way to go.

Immediately I began to pray the rosary and I asked God and Our Blessed Mother if we all were going to die by lava to please make it so quick that we won't feel the pain and I just closed my eyes and when I heard a voice telling me to open my eyes and when I did, we were inside our truck floating in the lava and I could even feel heat, but not extreme heat, on my leg from it and was amazed that no one could feel the heat.  As we were floating on this lava I could see houses and cars being covered by this lava and I could hear the screams and as the lava began to go higher on our car, I could see a very bright light push our truck to one side of the street where there was nothing going on, there was peace and so bright and beautiful.

We got out of the car and there was this beautiful lady, which I believe is Our Blessed Mother since I had visions of the same Lady before, there welcoming us to this place and I was just in awe, so beautiful, peaceful and so bright.  I was amazed to that even the tires on the truck were intact no damage at all.  I then asked why we were there and the other people were not?  I heard a beautiful voice from heaven saying that "They didn't cover themselves with My Mantle" and at that moment I woke up in an instant and all morning I had been like in a state of awe and amazement and pondering on this vivid experience and after a couple of hours after waking up, I could not control my tears, I began to cry and cry of joy, even it was a very frightening experience, I felt the joy that I felt covered by Our Blessed Mother's Mantle.

I cannot express how my love intensified for Our Lord and Our Blessed Mother after this experience.  I loved them before but after today, my heart still beats so fast when I think of Them.

I also pondered on this experience if its a message to convey of a warning of similar events to come or a message of the need to continue praying the Rosary and cover ourselves with Our Blessed Mother's Mantle to be protected as similar events have been occurring.

I pray everyone reading this will also ponder on this message and continue praying the Rosary and pray for those that may be affected by such disasters and cover yourselves and family with Our Blessed Mother's Mantle and Love.

St. Padre Pio Relic Religious Medals Handcrafted Bracelet

Prayer to Saint Padre Pio

Beloved Padre Pio, today I add my prayer to the
thousands of prayers offered to you every day by
those who love and venerate you.  They ask for
cures and healings, earthly and spiritual blessings,
and peace for body and mind.   And because of
your friendship with the Lord, He heals those you
ask to be healed and He forgives those you ask to
be forgiven.

Through your visible wounds of the Cross, which
you bore for 50 years, you were chosen in our
time to glorify the crucified Jesus.  As we
lovingly recall the wounds that pierced your
hands, feen and side, we not only remember the
blood you shed in pain, but your smile, and the
invisible halo of sweet-smelling flowers that
surrounded your presence, the perfume of sanctity.

Saint Pio, may the healings of the sick, the
serenity of the troubled, and the loving comfort
received by those in pain and despair be a sure
sign that you continue to intercede for us and our
loved ones before the Lord.

In your kindness, please help me with my own
special request.  (Here state your petition).  Each
and every day, bless me and my loved ones.
Amen

I love the new style of the Third Class Relic medals of St. Padre Pio, that is now encased inside a dome.

On this bracelet I added a beautiful vintage St. Ann Chaplet attached to the bracelet making it more special.

Other Catholic medals I used are Our Lady of Guadalupe with St. Charbel, Our Lady of Miraculous Medal, Divine Mercy, Our Lady of Medjugorje, Our Lady of Fatima and others.
