Virgin Mary Cameo Bracelet

MARIAN PRAYER OF
ST. THERESE DE LISIEUX
The Depths of the Love of Your Heart Virgin full of grace, I know that at Nazareth
you lived modestly, without requesting anything more. Neither ecstasies, nor miracles, nor other extra ordinary deeds enhanced your life, O Queen of the elect. The number of the lowly,
"the little ones," is very great on earth. They can raise their eyes to you without any fear.
You are the incomparable Mother who walks with them along the common way
to guide them to heaven. Beloved Mother, in this harsh exile, I want to live always with you
and follow you every day. I am enraptured by the contemplation of you
and I discover the depths of the love of your heart. All my fears vanish under
your motherly gaze, which teaches me to weep and to rejoice!
Amen.
I just love this beautiful cameo and love creating a charm bracelet honoring Our Most Beloved Virgin Mary making the bracelet by using vintage pearls and vintage pearls to give it a vintage-style look and feel to it.

St. Philomena Relic

Prayer to Saint Philomena
O most pure Virgin, glorious Martyr, Saint Philomena, whom God in His eternal power has revealed to the world in these unhappy days in order to revive the faith, sustain the hope and enkindle the charity of Christian souls, behold me prostrate at thy feet. Deign, O Virgin, full of goodness and kindness, to receive my humble prayers and to obtain for me that purity for which thou didst sacrifice the most alluring pleasures of the world, that strength of soul which made thee resist the most terrible attacks and that ardent love for our Lord Jesus Christ, which the most frightful torments could not extinguish in thee. So, that wearing thy holy cord and imitating thee in this life, I may one day be crowned with thee in heaven. Amen.
I was inspired to create this bracelet by St. Philomena's youthful energy and being surrounded in a Heavenly Garden by flowers and birds and many colors of Heaven. I also added other Catholic Medals.

St. Francis of Assisi

St. Francis of Assisi, lover of all creation, champion of justice, Patron Saint of animals and the environment, founded the Franciscan Order.
St. Francis of Assisi experienced all of God's creation as sacred. He saw God in "Brother Sun" and "Sister Moon." He preached to the birds and animals.
Father Francis and his companions were making a trip through the Spoleto Valley near the town of Bevagna. Suddenly, Francis spotted a great number of birds of all varieties. There were doves, crows and all sorts of birds. Swept up in the moment, Francis left his friends in the road and ran after the birds, who patiently waited for him. He greeted them in his usual way, expecting them to scurry off into the air as he spoke. But they moved not.
Filled with awe, he asked them if they would stay awhile and listen to the Word of God. He said to them: “My brother and sister birds, you should praise your Creator and always love him: He gave you feathers for clothes, wings to fly and all other things that you need. It is God who made you noble among all creatures, making your home in thin, pure air. Without sowing or reaping, you receive God’s guidance and protection.”
At this the birds began to spread their wings, stretch their necks and gaze at Francis, rejoicing and praising God in a wonderful way according to their nature. Francis then walked right through the middle of them, turned around and came back, touching their heads and bodies with his tunic.
Then he gave them his blessing, making the sign of the cross over them. At that they flew off and Francis, rejoicing and giving thanks to God, went on his way.
I created this bracelet making honor to St. Francis of Assisi surrounding his relic with all kinds of porcelain and gemstone animals, including, birds, dogs, cats and others. This bracelet has a whimsical look to it but created with same respect and honor to St. Francis.

7 Archangels Charm Bracelet

St. Alphonsus Liguori is often quoted as saying that "Devotion to St. Michael and the holy angels is a mark of predestination." This reason alone were certainly sufficient to induce us not to neglect their veneration. On the contrary, we should earnestly strive to cultivate their frienship, in which we ashall indeed be blessed, for no earthly friends can compare with them in goodness, in power and in love." Jesus is the head of the Angels.

"The very name of Michael urges us to honor this glorious spirit; it is a cry of enthusiasm and fidelity, for it signifies: "Who is like unto God?" Satan trembles at hearing this name, for it reminds him of the noble protest wherewith the bright Archangel answered the call of the rebel angels. Michael proved his strength and prowess when he fought the great battle in Heaven. From that hour he has been known as "Michael, the captain of the armies of God, first Prince of the Holy City, to whom the other angels yield ready obedience. They most willingly and gratefully recognize his supremacy, for after God, they owe to him their preseverance in grace and their eternal happiness. With loving submission, they receive from him their various offices. They are attentive to the slightest wish, because they recognize in his commands and regulations the will of God, their sovereign Lord and King.*
* St. Michael and the angels

I truly enjoyed making this bracelet making honor to one of God's creations, The Archangels surrounded by other of God's creations which are the Gemstones. Archangels included are: St. Michael, St. Raphael, St. Gabriel, Uriel, Samuel, Jophiel and Zadquiel. Gemstones included are Green Garnet, Pink Peruvian Opal, White Quartz, Amethyst, Color Enhanced Quartz.

GEMSTONES
(Since antiquity gems have been valued for their properties, mystical attributes and their minerals. They are composed of different minerals and energies that benefit our physical, mental and spiritual health. One can find relief from pain in many ways, including modern medicine. The Spiritual equivalent of the illness must be addressed for a true healing.
Some of these precious stones are mentioned in the Bible and it has been written extensively about these gems, including St. Hildegard, from Germany, religious mystic, healer and visionary)

She wrote: “But as God reestablished a better relationship with Adam, He did not allow the rays and forces of the precious stones to perish because He wanted that they would be valued and praised on earth and would be used as a healing remedy.”
She also wrote: "Every stone has fire and humidity in it. But the devil shies away from them and hates and despises the precious stones, because he remembers that their beauty appeared in him before he fell from the honor given to him by God and also because certain precious stones are created by fire, in which he has his punishment. Because, by the will of God, he has been defeated by fire and fell into fire, in the same way he is defeated by the fire of the Holy Ghost when a man is pulled away from his jaws by the first receiving of the Holy Ghost.”
This information is not to replace any medical treatment, but it can be an addition to the physical and spiritual healing.

Our Lady of Guadalupe Charm Bracelet

In 1531 a "Lady from Heaven" appeared to a poor Indian at Tepeyac, a hill northwest of Mexico City; she identified herself as the Mother of the True God, instructed him to have the bishop build a temple on the site and left an image of herself imprinted miraculously on his tilma, a poor quality cactus-cloth, which should have deteriorated in 20 years but shows no sign of decay 474 years later and still defies all scientific explanations of its origin.
God of power and mercy, you blessed the Americas at Tepeyac with the presence of the Virgin Mary of Guadalupe. May her prayers help all men and women to accept each other as brothers and sisters. Through your justice present in our hearts, may your peace reign in the world. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Infant of Prague Bracelet

INFANT OF PRAGUE
The devotion to the Holy Child Jesus has long been a tradition of the Catholic Church for a very long time. This devotion is a veneration of our Lord's sacred Infancy. Many saints had a very strong devotion to the Divine Child, notably St. Therese of the Child Jesus, St. Francis of Assisi, St. Anthony of Padua, and St. Teresa of Avila.
Prague is the capitol city of the Czech Republic, which is at the very central of Europe with Germany, Poland, Russia and Austria as its neighbours. The history of the Infant Jesus of Prague started in the 17th century when a statue of the Infant Jesus was brought into Bohemia (now Czech Republic) and eventually was given to the Discalced Carmelites in Prague. Since then, the statue has remained in Prague and has drawn many devotees worldwide to go and honor the Holy Child. Many graces, blessings, favors and miraculous healings have been received by many who petitioned before the Infant Jesus.
History
The exact origin of the Infant Jesus statue was not truly known, but historical sources point to a small 28cm high sculpture of the Holy Child with a bird in his right hand carved in around the year 1340. Many other Infant Jesus sculptures were also carved by famous masters throughout Europe in the Middle Ages.
The popularity of the Child Jesus grew in the Baroque period in Spain which may have been caused by the visions of St. Teresa of Avila. A number of sculptures made in Spain eventually found their way to Prague. These sculptures were made of wax, ivory, and bronze and were dressed in garments reflecting the aristocratic fashion of that period.
It is unknown to this date which of those early sculptures that got to Prague was the exact origin of the Infant Jesus of Prague. It was speculated that it came from a monastery in Bohemia and from there it was obtained by Dona Isabella Manrique who gave it as a wedding gift to her daughter Marie Manrique who married a noble of the Czech kingdom. Later, the Holy Infant statue was again given to Marie's daughter Polyxena as a wedding gift in 1587. In 1628, Lady Polyxena presented the statue to the Carmelites at the Church of the Virgin Mary the Victorious in Mala Strana saying, "I am giving you what I most esteem of my possessions. Keep the sculpture in reference and you will be well off" (*FN1*). This statue then became known as the Infant Jesus of Prague. It stands 47 cm high (includes a 2cm base) and has a long gown around the wax body.
Shortly after 1628, the Saxons and the Swedes took turns to invade Prague and the Carmelites had to flee and the veneration of the Holy Infant ceased. It was not until 1638 that a young priest named Fr. P. Cyril, a Matre Dei, returned to Prague and found the Holy Infant statue buried in the ruins of the Lady of Victory church. Fr. Cyril cleaned the statue and placed it in the oratory for worship. While he was praying before the Infant Jesus, he heard the Infant Jesus say, "Have pity on Me and I will have pity on you. Give Me My hands and I will give you peace. The more you honor Me, the more I will bless you". (*FN2*)
The repairing of the statue's hand was a miracle since Fr. Cyril and his peers did not have the financial resources nor the know-how to repair it. Through prayer, Fr. Cyril asked the Blessed Virgin Mary in several occassions to to provide the necessary funds for fixing the Infant statue. The Divine Infant spoke to him again, "Place Me near the entrance of the sacristy and you will receive aid" (*FN3*). Fr. Cyril then did what he was told and in a few days time, the statue was fixed by a man who came to the sacristy to offer help.
Since the statue was fixed, a number of miracles had occurred and the word began to spread, resulting in a large increase of veneration to the Holy Child. This includes the Czech nobles as well. These early miracles were recorded in a book by P. Emerich a St Stephano, published in German in 1736 and in Czech in 1749 (*FN4*).
In 1641, an altar was built for the Infant Jesus in the church, and in 1644 a chapel was built, but was not completed until 1654. Many nobles of the time had greatly supported the Infant Jesus, among them were Lady Polyxena, King Ferdinard (Czech), King Charles Gustav(Sweden), and Bernard Ignatius of the Lords of Martinic. It is interesting to note that the crown over the Divine Infant's head came from Bernard Ignatius, who presented the Infant statue with a little gold crown set with precious stones and jewels on January 14, 1651 during a procession that carried the Infant Jesus statue from the Lady of Victory church to other Prague churches. The Infant Jesus was solemnly coronated on April 4, 1655 by the Archbishop Josef Corta acting for Cardinal Harrach III who was sick.
After that period, Prague went through more wars and unrest but the church and the Infant Jesus chapel was miraculously protected. In 1776 the altar was rebuilt using marble and two huge sculptures of the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Joseph were placed to the left and right sides of the altar. The Holy Infant was kept in a glass case standing on a pedestal engraved with crystals, and surrounding the Infant were twenty angels in gold.

I was inspired to create this bracelet by the beautiful image of Infant Jesus Infant of Prague- I loved creating this bracelet using red Czech. glass beads, goldtones to represent His gown. I also added vintage and new Catholic medals. This cameo is handmade with porcelain.

Our Lady of Lourdes

Our Lady of Lourdes: France, 1858
Our Lady appeared to 14 year old Bernadette Soubirous in Lourdes, France, 18 times from February through July, 1858. During the apparitions she told Bernadette to dig a hole which later in the day produced a stream of water, bringing about thousands of spiritual and physical cures even to this day. Mary pleaded for "penitence! Penitence! Penitence!" and urged us to "Pray to God for sinners". She called herself the "Immaculate Conception".

HOLY WATER OF OUR LADY OF LOURDES
O ever Immaculate Virgin, mother of mercy, health of the sick, refuge of sinners, comforter of the afflicted, you know my needs, my troubles, my sufferings, cast me a look of pity. By appearing in the Grotto of Lourdes, you were pleased to make it a priviledged sanctuary, whence you dispense your favours, and already many sufferers have obtained the cure of their infirmities, both spiritual and corporal, I come, therefore, with the most unbounded confidence & implore your maternal intercession

This is another bracelet I love creating to make honor to Our Blessed Mother of Lourdes. She is always there for us like a loving giving mother ready to assist Her children.

On this bracelet, I created it with a beautiful color medal of Our Blessed Mother and I also added a medal with Holy water and other Catholic Medals. I added a stunning glass lampwork heart bead to hold Her medal and added more goldfoil lampwork beads with roses, just beautiful combination.

Our Lady of Guadalupe

Amen
I love creating a bracelet to honor Our Most Humble Lady of Guadalupe, because She is so special in my life. She has been with my family for generations and to me is an honor to be able to create one to bring her image to life and create it like I would be creating a special crown just for Her. In this bracelet, I added natural green Peruvian opal, Czech. glass beads and beautiful glass lampwork beads with gold foil. Other Catholic medals include: Sacred Heart, St. Anthony, Divine Child and handcrafted angels.

Our Lady of Czestechowa

The Black Madonna of Czestochowa The Icon was, according to legend, painted by

St. Luke the Evangelist on a cypress table top from the house of the Holy Family. The picture shows the Madonna in fleur de lys robes.
The painting displays a traditional composition derived from the icons of Eastern Orthodoxy. The Virgin Mary is shown as the "Hodegetria" ("One Who Shows the Way"). In it the Virgin directs attention away from herself, gesturing with her right hand toward Jesus as the source of salvation. In turn, the child extends his right hand toward the viewer in blessing while holding a book of gospels in his left hand.
One of the oldest documents from Jasna Góra states that the picture travelled from Jerusalem, via Constantinople, to finally reach Czestochowa in August 1382. The Black Madonna is credited with miraculously saving the monastery of Jasna Gó ra (English: Bright Mount) from a Swedish 17th Century invasion, The Deluge, which actually changed the course of the war. This event led King Jan Kazimierz to "crown" Our Lady of Czestochowa ("the Black Madonna") as Queen and Protector of Poland in the cathedral of Lwó w on April 1, 1656. This legend was however created much later than the actual events, as in reality the icon had been taken away well in advance so as to prevent it from falling into the hands of the advancing Swedish army.
Another legend concerning the Black Madonna of Czestochowa is that the presence of the holy painting saved its church from being destroyed in a fire, but not before the flames darkened the fleshtone pigments. The legend concerning the two scars on the Black Madonna's right cheek is that a Hussite robber drew his sword upon the image and inflicted two deep strikes. When the robber tried to inflict a third strike, he fell to the ground and squirmed in agony until his death. Despite past attempts to repair these scars, they had always reappeared.*
*Wikipedia

I was inspired to create a bracelet to honor Our Lady of Czestechowa with a large figural medal and a relic medal, including other Catholic medals of Sacred Heart, Our Lady of Lujan.

I added some beautiful bold lampwork beads to make this bracelet bold as well as inspirational.

Virgin Mary Madonna of the Streets

On this bracelet I wanted to create something very feminine to enhance the beauty of the 3D resin cameo of Our Blessed Mother. This cameo is so beautiful it has a very peaceful feel to it.
I enhanced it by added beautiful lampwork beads with flowers and glass leaves.
I also added some beautiful vintage medals and a stunning filigree cross with a pink cameo of a girl on center.

Our Lady of the Rosary

On this bracelet I wanted to emphasize the beautiful medal of Our Lady of the Rosary by adding a stunning vintage rhinestone button to give it more radiance to the bracelet.
I also added a one decade Rosary attached to the charm bracelet using 8mm white aurora borealis Czech. fire polished glass beads. What a better way to have your rosary with you by using daily your bracelet. I also added other unique Catholic medals including a Holy Trinity medal.

O Queen of the most holy Rosary, in these times of brazen impiety, show again thy power, with the signs which accompanied thy victories of old, and from the throne where thou art seated, dispensing pardon and grace, in pity watch over the Church of thy Son, His Vicar, and every order of the clergy and laity, suffering in grievous warfare. Hasten, O most powerful destroyer of heresy, hasten the hour of mercy seeing that the hour of judgment is daily challenged by innumberable offences. Obtain for me, the lowest of men, kneeling suppliant in thy presence, the grace which may enable me to live a just life on earth, and reign with the just in Heaven, whilst with the faithful throughout the world, O Queen of the most holy Rosary, I salute thee and cry out: Queen of the most holy Rosary, pray for us!

Amen.

Stella Maris Bracelet

Our Lady & Star of the Sea Patroness of Sailors Invoked against the Stormy Seas of Life

Stella Maris (“The “Star of the Sea”) has long been the favorite title by which people of the sea have called on Her in whose protection they have always trusted: the Blessed Virgin Mary. Her son, Jesus Christ, accompanied His disciples in their vessels, helped them in their work and calmed the storms. And so the Church accompanies seafarers, caring for the special spiritual needs of those who for various reasons live and work in the maritime world. Pope John Paul II

Stella Maris
O Mary, Star of the Sea, light of every ocean, guide seafarers across all dark and stormy seas that they may reach the haven of peace and light prepared in Him who calmed the sea.
As we set forth upon the oceans of the world and cross the deserts of our time, show us, O Mary, the fruit of your womb, for without your Son we are lost.
Pray that we will never fail on life's journey, that in heart and mind, in word and deed, in days of turmoil and in days of calm, we will always look to Christ and say, "Who is this that even wind and sea obey him?" Bright Star of the Sea, guide us!
Pope John Paul II

I created this special bracelet making honor to Our Lady Star of the Sea Stella Maris- I added a beautiful porcelain cameo and kept the sea theme by making angels with glass shell beads, I also added other sea life charms. Other Catholic medals added to this bracelet
